Air Freight Export - operations Clerk (Day & Night)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of air freight shipping documents, answering customer enquiries
• Coordinate with airline, agents, customers and related parties
• Follow up shipment status
• Perform other duties as assigned by Managers

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above/ DSE or above
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in air freight forwarding
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese in essential
• Willing to work overnight and overtime
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred

Shipping Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for order processing, customer services, logistic arrangement for imports
• Ensure shipping processed accurately, closely monitor shipment schedule & status, liaise with ship liners, freight forwarders, couriers and all shipping related issues.
• Ensure 3PL on time delivery and quality services to all clients/buyers.
• Handle full set of I/E document, prepared and maintained accurately.
• Develop and maintaining an effective operations, provide good support to the Sales team and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales team coordination.
• Excellent time management, ability to deal with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL and our clients/buyers.
• Exposure in ERP system is an advantage.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Sea Import, Air Export Operations Clerk / Sea Operations Supervisor

Sea Import, Air Export Operations Clerk

• Over 2 years of experiences in forwarding industry, working mainly in Ocean Freight Department / Air Freight Department
• Able to handle ocean import shipments & transshipment from freight forwarding environment
• Able to handle full set of airfreight  export shipments and filing
• Follow up shipments & coordination with overseas customers and vendors enquiries

Operations Supervisor

• Minimum 4 years of experiences in forwarding industry, working mainly in Ocean Freight Department
• Experience in handling Key Accounts, PO Management & Buyer’s Consolidation
• Assist  the team in daily outbound operation, mainly export documents to US Tradelane
• Communicate with internal & overseas customers or vendors to ensure a smooth running of the process
• Experience in trading industry & pre-shipment planning work experience (export from Asia Pacific & Sub-Continental countries);
• Supervise team members to meet customers’ KPIs;
• Handle complaints and develop corrective measurement
• Prepare month-end analysis report
