• Degree / Diploma holder of construction or science related qualifications together with relevant working experience within the construction related industries:
• Familiar with the building industry operation and project selling;
• Fluent in English and Chinese language;
• Presentable, diligent and outgoing personality

Responsibilities

• Build good customer relationships and handle customers’ enquiries
• Document handling and system entry
• Communicate effectively between internal parties, customers and external parties
• Support business development activities of the team
• Perform ad-hoc tasks if necessary
• Requirements
• Form 7 or equivalent
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience preferrable at marketing / leasing / property management department
• Good spoken and written in English, Chinese & Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS office, Chinese word processing.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist in all Sales and Marketing promotion activities
• To explore new business opportunities with new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
• To review tender requirement and terms, and prepare quotations
• To liaise with suppliers' principals
• Update company website and Facebook;
• Carry out ad- hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business / Marketing Management
• 2-5 years solid experience in marketing
