Assistant Purchasing Manager
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;
- Solid experience in material procurement, and supply chain management;
- Possess a professional membership of relevant institution is preferable;
- Experience in handling logistics between mainland China and HK is preferable
- Pro-active, strong numerical sense, excellent data interpretation & analytical skills;
- Be able to work under tight schedules and pressure;
- Strong negotiation, good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient PC application (e.g. MS Excel, Works, Project, etc)
Responsibilities
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal department in both HK and PRC offices and external parties
- Responsible for sourcing, procurement and logistics arrangement;
- Provide procurement and contract administration services
